  • 2 oz Santa Teresa 1796 rum       
  • ¾ ounces sugar cane syrup
  • ½ ounce evaporated milk
  • ½ ounce heavy cream
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 whole egg
  • ground nutmeg

La Trova Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
  • 2 teaspoons cafecito syrup
  • 4 dashes chocolate bitters
  • 1 spritz orange oil
  • coffee bean

Hot Buttered Rum

  • 1 cup Santa Teresa 1796 rum
  • ⅔ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish
